How do I make a process flowchart here?
Type your steps one per row. Columns set each row's shape (Start, Process, Decision, End), the step it connects to (Line To), branch labels (Line Text), and the lane. The flowchart renders and lays itself out in real time as you type.
How do decision branches work?
Mark a row as a Decision and list two or more target step numbers in its Line To column, like '4,6'. Label each branch in Line Text (Yes and No, Approved and Rejected) and give branches colors so the paths read at a glance.
Can a flowchart loop back to an earlier step?
Yes. Point a row's Line To at an earlier step's number, a revise-and-review cycle, for example. The loop connector routes itself automatically.
Which flowchart symbols are supported?
The standard process flowchart set: rounded terminators for Start and End, rectangles for process steps, diamonds for decisions, and labeled flow lines. That set covers virtually every business process flowchart.
Can I show who is responsible for each step?
Yes. Assign each step to a lane (one lane per role, team, or department) and the chart becomes a cross-functional flowchart: connectors crossing lane boundaries show the handoffs.
Can I paste steps from Excel or Google Sheets?
